Complaints

At Hatland, excellent service is at the core of everything we do. If you unexpectedly have a complaint about a product or our service, we will do everything we can to resolve it. We kindly ask you to report your complaint to us as soon as possible. You can do this by sending an email via our contact form. Please describe the complaint as clearly as possible and, if applicable, include the order number, item number, and purchase date.

Complaint handling
Have you submitted a complaint? Within 14 days, you will receive a substantive response from our support staff regarding the handling of your complaint. 

European ODR Platform
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? You can then submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
