Love for hats since 1992
A hat shop in downtown Zwolle is where it all began. Together with my mother Thea, I opened our doors in 1992 and the shop has since grown into a major manufacturer and supplier in hats, caps and caps.
Hatland was born in 1997
I have always travelled a lot. Being in the middle of nature is where I am at my best. Soon I noticed that the hats from the shop did not offer enough protection. Time to take matters into my own hands. In 1997, I developed the first outdoor collection especially for the outdoors under the Hatland brand.

Whenever I go out, I always wear a Hatland. Not only because I love our products, but also because it allows me to experience what our customers experience. This gives me new ideas and inspiration. Twice a year, I launch a new collection together with my team. We design and develop our products with great care and attention.
