
Delivery
We do our utmost to ship the order as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays the same day. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time.
Our shipping costs within the Netherlands are:
€4,95 for orders under €25.
Free for orders over €25.
Our shipping costs to Belgium are:
€6,95 for orders under €55,-
Free for orders over €55,-
Delivery is via our logistics partner and parcel deliverer DHL. As soon as your order has been delivered to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace email with an indication of the delivery time.
What happens if I don't pick up my order on time at the DHL Pick-up Point?
If a package is not picked up within the time specified by DHL, it will be automatically returned to Hatland.
Will I be charged for returning?
Yes. The costs charged by DHL for returning the package to Hatland will be charged to the customer. These return costs will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded for the returned order.
What happens if I have entered a wrong address?
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address when placing an order. Always check the address provided carefully before completing the order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer and the package is therefore returned to Hatland, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping costs for the return and resending to the customer.
You the customer will be contacted with the request to provide a correct address. The reshipment will only take place after the additional shipping costs have been paid by the customer.
If you as a customer choose not to have the order reshipped after return, the purchase price excluding the incurred shipping costs will be refunded.
Hatland is not liable for any delays or charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
