All items are in stock unless an 'Out of stock' message is visible. This message is displayed after you select your size (If the item has size options). Please note that even if an item is in your cart, it will not be reserved until you complete your order.
Yes, we don't want to ship something that doesn't fit properly. When you click on an item, you will see the text "What is my size?" below the measurements. Clicking on this will open a pop-up explaining the head size. So you will find all the information you need to make sure our products fit exactly.
Our prices are always displayed including VAT.
Some of our items are restocked but not all. If you want to receive updates on replenishment of products in general, you can enter your e-mail address in the bar and you will be notified when the product is back in stock. You can also subscribe to Hatland's newsletter, in which we will also provide updates on replenishments or new collections. Don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to make sure you don't miss anything.
This is annoying, occasionally your bank wants to carry out work. Temporarily payment may then not work. In general, this should be solved after half an hour. Try again and if it does not work, please contact us via our contact form and we will come back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Once your order has been confirmed, you cannot change it. We will give you the option to cancel the order, but you must submit your cancellation before 15:00 the same day of the order. However, we cannot promise that we can cancel the order if you have already received an e-mail confirming that it has already been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer service team by sending an email or a message via Whatsapp.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an existing order you have previously placed. After you place your order, it is processed immediately by our warehouse staff.
If you have a Hatlanders account, it is possible to change your details by logging into My Account. After logging in, you can choose Addresses. Here you can change your address and add additional addresses if you wish.
If you do not have an account but would like to change your address for your placed order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make the change. This must be done on Monday to Thursday before 15:00 and on Friday until 14:00.
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it on our website. Go to My Account and, if you can't remember your password, click 'Forgot password'. If you do remember your details, log in with the known login details and then go to 'Information'. Here you have to enter your current password, your new desired password and agree to the general terms and conditions.
